How to play Jodh (जोड़)

You see 16 Hindi words. Your goal is to find the four groups of four words that share a hidden connection. Select four words and submit your guess. If correct, the group is revealed with its category name.

You have 4 mistakes allowed. The groups are colored by difficulty: 🟨 Yellow (easiest), 🟩 Green, 🟦 Blue, and 🟪 Purple (hardest). The purple group often has a tricky connection — words that seem to fit another group but don't!

Tips & Strategies

• Start by looking for the most obvious group (usually a simple category like food or animals)
• Watch out for words with double meanings — they might belong to the tricky purple group
• If you see "One away!" it means 3 of your 4 selected words belong to the same group
• The purple group often uses linguistic patterns: compound words, shared prefixes/suffixes, or hidden connections
