- The tool uses a binary search algorithm that iteratively adjusts JPEG/WebP quality to find the setting that produces output closest to your target size (within ±5% tolerance).
- Will my photo quality be affected?
- Some quality reduction is necessary for compression. The tool finds the highest quality that fits within your target size. For most photos, the difference is minimal and acceptable for form submissions.
- Does this work for government forms?

- What's the difference between JPEG and WebP?
